WE SPECIALIZE IN CUSTOM DESIGNS FOR HOME AND OFFICE. Today's popularity of silk and other faux flowers and greenery can be seen in any furniture store, custom home, workplace and individual home design. The technology used in creating these works of art has advanced to the point where it is difficult if not impossible to tell the difference between a quality silk replica and the original. All of the flowers, leaves and accents at "A Touch of Elegance" pass the test of top quality. Only the finest of faux floral are used in our original designs and passed on to the customer. We pride ourselves in our customer compliments and return business (please see our customer comments section). In our floral deisign studio, all of the floral arrangements and vase, basket or pottery containers are in stock and floral arrangements are handmade in our studio. We also offer a "design your own" department where you can describe an item to fit your individual style and color decor and we'll custom make it for you. The price and availability of our floral and container items change frequently. Should an item be placed on special pricing, you will be given the lowest price at time of purchase. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified of a time delay or inability to fill order. SECURE ORDERING All online transactions for floral inventory are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. Please refer to secure ordering policies of our other suggested merchants for their product lines. SHIPPING We offer free ground UPS shipping for any of our in-stock floral arrangements or containers. We ship in-stock orders 1-2 business days after order is received virtually anywhere in the world. We use UPS or Federal Express. Cost for overnight or 2-3 day air is based on current shipping rates (see shipping rates on order form). Please use street addresses (no Post Office Boxes). If destination is outside the U.S., we will email customers with additional shipping charges. Please Note: Some items may have an added handling charge, if the item is rare, fragile, or unique one of a kind, and requires special packaging to insure that it arrives in good condition. You will be notified in advance if this applies to your order. If you place a custom made order, we'll provide you with an estimate of the time it takes to get the item to you. If you order from one of our selected merchants, please refer to their individual site for shipping information. We are not responsible for other merchants' shipping policies. RETURN POLICY Custom Orders - Once a custom order is approved on line and shipped, no refunds are made unless the item is damaged during shipment. If damage has occurred, please return the item with 30 days and a refund will be made (including cost of ground shipping) or the item remade at your choice. In-stock Items - If the item(s) you receive is damaged, please return it within 7 days of receipt and a full refund (including your shipping back if UPS Ground is used) will be made via credit to the credit card you used to purchase the item(s). If you return an item because you did not like it, a 15% restocking fee for handling is charged (deducted from your credit back) and shipping is at your expense. No returns accepted after 30 days.
